Jorie Koster-Hale
Chief Executive Officer

Jorie has a linguistics BA, a cognitive neuroscience PhD from MIT, she completed a postdoc fellowship at Harvard, and she was lead data scientist for an enterprise AI company in Paris.

I enjoy learning new things, exploring with my family, cooking, and imagination games with my son.

Sam Wolf
Chief Operating Officer & General Counsel

A native New Mexican, Sam lived on four continents before earning an MA (Int. Human Rights Law) and his JD (cum laude from UNM).  He brings a decade of litigation and business law experience to Falling Colors.

Enjoys the outdoors, which makes his dog happy. Enjoys cooking which makes his wife happy. Enjoys solving problems with software to make the world a happier place.

Anthony Spencer
Chief Technology Officer

Anthony leads the development team with more than a decade of experience developing and delivering software solutions in the areas of data collection, management, and security.

I love to read, plan and organize anything.  I also have a really good memory.

Barbara Serna
Director of Finance

Barbara started her career in accounting and worked at the Department of Finance and Administration for 10 years, then was the State of NM’s Contract Review Bureau Chief for 5 years.

I love all things Australia, SQL Server databases, Information Security and Net programming in C#.  Outside of technology, I enjoy hiking, road biking, and spending time with my family.

Adrian Mee
Principal Data Architect

Adrian worked for KeyPoint Government Solutions and several NM state agencies, including the Secretary of State & BHSD. At Falling Colors, he is responsible for IT Security and Infrastructure.

I love traveling and hope to visit as many places as I possibly can. I especially enjoy hiking and trying different regional foods.

Andy Murray
Quality Assurance Analyst

Andy grew up in Vermont but also lived in New York and Indiana before moving to the Southwest. He has worked on QA teams large and small at companies ranging in size from 20 to 350,000.

I love all things outdoors including (but not limited to) hiking, backpacking, fishing, kayaking, camping, sledding, beach days, and playing fetch with my dog. I am passionate about exploring interesting places out in nature, learning new technologies to create cool things, and picking things up and putting them back down again (at the gym).

Bohdan Tkachenko
Software Engineer

Bohdan immigrated from Ukraine to Buffalo, New York, where he attended University at Buffalo and graduated with a B.S. focused in Management Information Systems as well as Data Analytics. Starting off as a programmer analyst, then delving into the world of software, his career path has now brought him to Falling Colors, where he hopes the product of his work will make a meaningful impact on the lives of others.

I love being on two wheels, whether its shredding down the mountain on my mountain bike, climbing a mountain on my road bike, or just enjoying the twisty mountain roads on my motorbike. I also love creating, rehearsing, and performing that rock and roll music. Beyond that, I’ve never met a dog or a taco that I didn’t like.

Britt Tucker
Systems Analyst

Britt started his career in Austin, Texas in the mid-90’s helping to build data centers for the bourgeoning colocation and web hosting market. Since then he has kept his skills current by continually managing large messaging and data storage systems as well as supporting end users making sure they have the tools they require to do their jobs successfully. Most recently, he has worked in the DevOps space, managing the environments and technologies required to build enterprise software.

I love taking my dogs Pancake and Biscuit to the Frank Ortiz dog park. When we aren’t traveling, my spouse and I are working on renovating an Earthship-inspired, off-the-grid home. I enjoy kayaking, asana, biking, hiking, playing the clarinet, and learning to play the saxophone.

Cody Gajak
Assistant Financial Controller

With a diverse accounting background in both the public and private sectors, Cody has experience in auditing, analysis, tax preparation, and compliance. He began his career as an accountant in Texas after earning his bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Economics from the University of North Texas. Cody relocated to Santa Fe in 2017 and worked in a traditional accounting role with a privately held real estate development and management company prior to joining Falling Colors in 2023. 

I enjoy endless exploration, hiking with my dog, scuba diving, craft beer, and anything smothered in Christmas-style chile. I strive for the continuous integration of creativity, music, and sunshine in my life.

Emily Goleski
Business Support Analyst

From the east coast to the west, Emily has spent her time working for non-profit organizations with the use of her writing, editing, and customer service expertise. She hopes to continue helping others at Falling Colors.

Outside the office you’ll find Everly exploring New Mexico’s rich mix of geographies and cultures, honing her photography skills on the local flora and fauna, or diving headfirst into a new creative hobby.

Everly Coleman
Public Health Data Analyst

Everly is a passionate data storyteller with over fifteen years of experience helping organizations make better data-driven decisions. She brings to the team a diverse set of experiences helping organizations across public policy, education, and healthcare develop their analytic capabilities. Prior to joining Falling Colors, she served as a Government Innovation Fellow at the Harvard Kennedy School, working with state leaders to improve outcomes related to substance use in New Mexico. Everly holds a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy and Economics from Ohio University and an MBA from Indiana University.

I love reading books, listening to music, watching movies, playing tennis, and hanging out with my family. On the weekends, I love exploring the city, hiking, travelling, and playing with my child.

Harshitha Gaddam
Software Engineer

Born and raised in Southern India, Harshitha received her bachelor’s degree in Technology from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University before receiving her master’s degree in Computer Science from University of Texas at Tyler. She’s passionate about learning how to better architect software products, improving developer efficiency, and reducing production costs. Most recently, Harshitha worked in the private sector as a programmer, and gained experience in building websites by using both client- and server-side technologies.

I like to eat cinnamon rolls on mountain summits, scale large rocks while attached to a rope, cycling, camping and fishing.

Jarred Carr
Senior Manager of Technology

Jarred has over 20 years of technical experience. His diverse background includes: Federal background investigations, credit reporting and lending, manufacturing and distribution and most recently in construction and real estate development based in Fort Collins, CO.

Jessica Stultz
Data Engineer

Born and raised in Santa Fe, Jessica has experience moving and reporting on data within the healthcare, finance, and public safety sectors. Currently living in Denver, she hopes she can aid Falling Colors as the company grows.

I love rock climbing, board games, biking, big books, music, trying craft beers, eating nachos, and petting dogs (not necessarily in that order).

Jill Ackerman
Software Engineer

After earning a B.A. from Macalester college, Jill lived in St. Petersburg, Russia. She is oddly drawn to low-level languages, and is passionate about making tech more accessible to women everywhere.

I like challenging things, such as writing music, writing fiction, and powerlifting. To relax, I disappear: in a cup of green tea, a good book, a tub of hot water, or the mountains.

Joe Hay
Product Specialist

With a liberal arts degree from St. John’s College and a music composition background, Joe has provided creative support and structure to businesses and nonprofits across the Southwest.

I like games, rock climbing, coding, tinkering.

Keegan Taylor
Software Engineer

Keegan went to school in Upstate New York, and worked for a consulting firm specializing in Microsoft solutions. At Falling Colors, he develops innovative features and creates services.

I enjoy biking and hanging out with my kids. Mostly I do the latter.

Keith O’Brien
Engineering Manager

After graduating from St. Joseph's University, Keith gained 10 years of experience with .NET and web development, developing software at IBM to reduce institutional banking risk.

When not working, I enjoy running, shopping for used books, listening to pop-punk music from the early 2000s, binge-watching Buffy the Vampire Slayer, and spending time with friends.

Kyle Kleisinger
Public Health Data Analyst Team Lead

Kyle studied psychology at the University of Kentucky and is a self-taught Python programmer. He has nearly 10 years worth of experience designing, coordinating, and evaluating social programs in the areas of behavioral health, LGBTQ+ health, and victim services. Kyle also helped found Self-Care For Advocates - a nonprofit dedicated to preventing burnout and vicarious trauma among helping professionals

I enjoy team roping, camping, hunting, and spending time with my family.

Reba Serafin
Provider Relations Specialist

Reba is a member of the Jicarilla Apache Nation, born in NM. She holds degrees in Psychology, Sociology, School & Mental Health Counseling and is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor.

I am passionate about helping the communities around me. I love to cycle, watch Utah Jazz games, go hiking with my wife and two dogs, and play video games.

Ryan Perry
Software Engineer

Ryan graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Weber State University. He spent a decade working at nonprofit universities working with financial aid and developing software which reduced the administrative cost and time needed to provide students with financial aid. He most recently worked in the private sector developing business control software for internal personnel to streamline business requirements. He enjoys developing software that enables highly efficient processes and helps businesses be successful.

I enjoy being a dad, golfing, running, camping, landscaping and gardening and often participate in fund-raising golf tournaments.

Santiago Roybal
Engineering Manager

Santiago has a Master's degree in Information Systems and has experience implementing security applications for the Los Alamos National Laboratory, as well as the State of New Mexico.

I am an aspiring beam of light who laughs easily and smiles often.  If I’m not home tending to my plants and pups you’ll find me hiking, biking, reading, watching movies or spending time with friends and family.

Shauna Hovden
Client Financial Services and Integration Specialist

Shauna is a seasoned service specialist with a background in finance and contracts. Her upbeat nature and willingness to assist allows her to meet any challenge with a smile and a solution.  Shauna brings over 15 years of experience and expertise to Falling Colors as service representative and financial analyst.

I am drawn to the Southwest and enjoy hiking, composing music, playing bass, and woodworking.

Spencer Williams
Quality Assurance Manager

Spencer attended the University of Tennessee at Knoxville. After graduation, he worked for the Advisory Board Company, a technology company working with health care organizations.

I have a deep love for music, especially R&B and Country. I spend most of my free time with my family and friends. Otherwise, I enjoy the art of soapmaking and have fun experimenting along the way!

Sylvia Okyere-Boateng
Information Security Compliance Analyst

Sylvia’s journey to cybersecurity began while she was in nursing school. Her innate sense of curiosity led her to nursing informatics where her desire to uncover how data is collected, stored, shared, and protected then pulled her into the world of Information Security. With public and private sector experience and specialized training (CISA, PSM, etc.), Sylvia brings a unique skillset to the Falling Colors Information Security team.

I love hiking and exploring New Mexico with my wife, Brooke, and our dog Harper. I also enjoy cooking, music, and the New York Times crossword.

Tim Harville
Senior Product Manager

With over 15 years of tech experience in a variety of settings from journalism to the White House, Tim brings a broad range of skills and interests to his work at Falling Colors.

I'm a true to form nerd, enjoying fantasy and sci-fi novels, films, and games. I'm passionate about history, travel, learning, cooking, and spending time with my cat and partner.

Tony Pirozzoli
Systems Administrator

Tony is a graduate of the University of Nebraska - Omaha with a B.S. in mathematics and focus in physics. He uses the analytical skills gained from this background to provide a thorough and methodical approach to technical support. He is a native of Colorado, and since moving to New Mexico he has developed his career in information technology on many fronts, particularly specializing in networking. He has previously worked as a senior field technician and overseer of managed services provision.

I enjoy reading, reading, reading, walking my 2 dogs, spending time with my daughter, and ordering extra chile on everything.

Principal Business Analyst

Tracy is a native Santa Fean with over ten years of experience as a Business Analyst, working with companies to design, build, and implement software solutions.

Mindy has spent 25 years in business operations and corporate financial management. She uses her creativity, in collaboration with Pamela, to focus on continuous business improvement and transformation.
