Falling Colors is seeking a Wellness and Office Coordinator who will play a critical dual role in shaping our physical workspace and nurturing the cultural soul of our organization. You will be responsible for aiding the Executive Team with administrative tasks while maintaining company culture first and foremost. You will be a key member of the team responsible for fostering and promoting a positive and productive work environment.
Key Responsibilities Include
Cultural & Environmental Stewardship
Curate a welcoming, inspiring workplace by managing office aesthetics, organizing wellness resources, and ensuring all employees feel at home.
Maintain and enhance the physical space by stocking preferred foods, coordinating maintenance, tending to plants, and overseeing building access.
Act as a cultural ambassador—learning about each employee’s needs and continuously promoting our values of equity, empathy, and innovation.
Support and help lead the planning and execution of company events and retreats, from booking travel to setting up beautiful spaces.
Executive & Administrative Support
Provide high-level administrative support to the Executive Team, managing calendars, tracking deadlines, and organizing internal communications.
Own the onboarding experience for new hires—ensuring they’re equipped, welcomed, and immersed in our company values from day one.
Track travel logistics, job candidates, employee milestones, and other operational essentials with poise and precision.
Support internal and external communications, including with vendors and third-party partners.
Operational Excellence
Assist with organizing company documentation and resources to enable employee success and professional development.
Help maintain company tools, subscriptions, and physical mail systems, and scan and organize receipts and other records.
Partner with legal and HR support to implement company-wide processes and gain organizational buy-in.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent experience considered.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Strong communication skills, both written and oral.
Competence with technology and software, particularly calendaring or deadline management and Excel or similar tools for tracking inventory, subscriptions, and users.

Job Specifications and Pay
This job is a full-time, exempt position working approximately 40 hours a week. Our headquarters is in Santa Fe, New Mexico, with satellite offices across the United States. This position requires full-time, in-person work at headquarters.
