Pro Bono Services
At Falling Colors, we believe in the transformative power of data and technology to create positive change. We also understand that the cost of these services can put them out of reach for the organizations that need them most.
That’s why we dedicate at least five percent of our time—about 100 hours per team member each year—to providing pro bono data services. Our skilled staff contribute their expertise to support organizations working to improve the social determinants of health, helping communities thrive without the barrier of cost.
-

Charitable Giving
Falling Colors understands that one of the most impactful ways to support non-profit organizations is through direct financial contributions. To that end, we established the Falling Colors Foundation, a 501(c)(3) charitable organization dedicated to advancing our communities through technology and education.
Investing in Our Communities
We’re committed to contributing 2% of annual revenue each year to charitable organizations, helping communities thrive.

Paid Volunteer Time Off
At Falling Colors, we believe giving back is one of the most meaningful ways to strengthen our communities. Beyond our pro bono work, we encourage and support our team members to volunteer by matching up to 4 hours per quarter. Volunteering not only makes a difference for the organizations and people we serve, but it also has a positive impact on our team’s well-being and connection to the communities around us.
