The Falling Colors Project Manager will work with multiple teams and company contributors to help plan and track deliverables and objectives for company initiatives. This person will be expected to collaborate and improve the flow of information between teams, ensure that all teams are aware of issues or initiatives that affect other teams, and to aid with coordinating efforts between teams and team members across the company. This person will routinely be “on point” for ongoing and special project initiatives.
Project Manager
As a Project Manager at Falling Colors, you’ll:
Provide robust support to our Product Management Team by facilitating communication, tracking deliverables, managing deadlines, and producing reports and documentation.
Participate in refining and implementing processes to ensure oversight, quality control, and timely delivery of product features and company initiatives.
Assist cross-functional teams in developing effective project management approaches, including streamlined communication and clear handoffs.
Identify and support projects that span multiple teams, ensuring leadership, responsibilities, and deliverables are clearly defined and managed.
Serve as a go-to resource for tracking the status of projects and company initiatives across departments.
Contribute to the development and maintenance of documentation for our software products and other key informational assets.
Provide regular and insightful project status updates to Product, Engineering, Executive, and Business teams.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree required, preferably in an applicable field (relevant experience considered)
Experience guiding cross-team projects, preferably in the technology sector.
Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Solid grasp of technology platforms and data delivery with the ability to develop an expert-level understanding of our existing technology platforms, system capabilities, and data deliverables.

Job Specifications and Pay
This job is a full-time, non-exempt position working approximately 40 hours a week. Our headquarters is in Santa Fe, New Mexico, with satellite offices across the United States. For the ideal candidate, this is a hybrid position that will require an on-site presence several days a week. The candidate will need to have a functional at-home workspace with reliable internet service and the ability to travel to work in Santa Fe.
