Case Studies
NMSTAR
As the Administrative Services Organization (ASO), under contract with the Behavioral Health Collaborative, Falling Colors processes payments for behavioral health services by service providers within the Behavioral Health Collaborative network. These payments utilize state general funds from Behavioral Health Services Division (BHSD), Children, Youth, and Families Department (CYFD), and Federal Grants, and they are made in accordance with Behavioral Health Collaborative instructions and up to the availability of funds. To best facilitate the transparent management of these funds, Falling Colors created a software platform called NMSTAR.
